• Number of approx guests:
• Number of approx guest tables:
• Color scheme or theme:
• List of Decor required (eg. head table for 10ppl, cake table, backdrop, pipe and drape design etc)  
• List of Rentals required (eg. chair covers and bands or bows, tablecloths, overlays/runners, etc.
• List of Flowers required (eg. centerpieces with description (crystal or vases with flowers, water, gems, floating candle etc) details of flower types)  You may also send us photo examples for reference. 
• Approx budget:
• You may also send us photo examples for reference.
