Grand Finale Events and Decor's PASS THE SCRIPT: WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT also known as Day- or Month-of-Coordination collection will ensure that all your planning will not be in vain.   Our wedding planning coordinator(s) will manage the entire day of your wedding.  Any questions from vendors will come to us and every detail will be seen to by our coordinator(s).   

With our wedding management coordination team on site the entire day, you will have time to visit with your guests and dance the night away with family and friends.

​PASS THE SCRIPT: WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT collection includes the following:

• Unlimited consultations with you via telephone/email​
• Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
• Wedding rehearsal supervision two (2) hours maximum
• On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to twelve (12) hours on the day of your wedding
• An additional wedding day manager|coordinator, on site, the day of your wedding

Our wedding planning coordinators are the first to arrive and the last to leave.  The bridal couple will arrive with nothing left to do but enjoy every moment of your special day.  You will be guests at your own wedding.
