Grand Finale Events and Decor had the opportunity to design and decorate for an upscale and classy birthday celebration at Venue 909 located in Chattanooga, TN. We used pipe and drape on the stage behind the guest of honor table. Uplighting created a soft ambiance in the room. The balloon bouquets were provided by the Balloon Factory.
